It’s such a gorgeous bag! Well made in its structure but the only reason I knocked it down a star is because it’s so damn expensive and it didn’t come in pristine condition! There were SEVERAL scratches and scuff marks on it. I’ve never paid near $200 for a bag before but this was a Christmas gift for my mom since I know she had been eyeing it for a while and I knew she would also not buy it for herself. She was extremely happy which is the only reason I’m not more upset. There were even like some sort of glue residue Or something like it on Snow whites face when it arrived but luckily I was able to gently clean it off. The scratches however are sadly still there. The only reason I didn’t attempt also returning it is because my mom loved it so much. It’s a beautiful bag but I wish it came within these imperfections ESPECIALLY for this price!
